Who is the Master Black Belt program for?

What are the requirements for Master Black Belt certification?
Our Master Black Belt program is for certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, or professionals with comprehensive knowledge of Black Belt tools and techniques and considerable experience implementing, leading and coaching Lean Six Sigma projects or programs. It also suits executives and senior leaders in continuous improvement, business transformation or operational excellence. After the training, you have 12 months to take the Master Black Belt exam, which requires a score of 75 to pass. Certification is a separate step done with our certifying partner, Dr. Eric Maass. It starts with a gap assessment of your current skills; you then complete agreed activities and deliverables, documented in a portfolio, followed by a final assessment.
