Is Six Sigma BELT Guru an accredited Lean Six Sigma training provider?
Yes. Six Sigma BELT Guru Inc. is accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) for Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt training.
Which Lean Six Sigma belt should I start with?
Yellow Belt suits employees who take part in improvement work; no prior Lean Six Sigma experience is required. Green Belt is for professionals who will lead structured improvement projects. Black Belt is for experienced Green Belts and leaders of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Master Black Belt is for experienced Black Belts who will build and lead an organization-wide improvement capability.
How long are the programs?
Yellow Belt is a 2-day program, Green Belt is 5 days, and Black Belt is 10 days. Master Black Belt is 10 days.
How much does Lean Six Sigma training cost?
Fees depend on the program and the class. The current public class fees are shown in the upcoming classes table on this page and on each belt page. For an in-house program, contact us for a quotation.
Can I train online?
Yes. We offer public classes, in-house training, and online training. The delivery of each scheduled public class is shown in the upcoming classes table.
Is certification included with the training?
Training and certification are distinct. Yellow Belt certification needs the course and a passed online exam (passing mark 70%). Green Belt and Black Belt certification also need a completed improvement project, signed off by its stakeholders, and a panel review. Each belt page lists the requirements.
Can I get certified if I trained with another provider?
Yes. Lean Six Sigma certification is open to candidates who completed training with Six Sigma BELT Guru or with another provider.

Where are you located, and where can you deliver training?
Our office is at 1015 Parkway Corporate Center, Corporate Avenue, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. We deliver in-house and on-site training anywhere in the Philippines and outside the Philippines, and have done so for the past 12 years.
