Prof. Charlie A. Marquez, MSIE, PIE is an Industrial Engineer, management consultant, and educator with extensive experience in quality management, strategic planning, process improvement, and operational excellence. He has served as a consultant and resource speaker for various government agencies, local government units, academic institutions, and private organizations, specializing in Quality Management Systems (ISO), Lean Six Sigma, process streamlining, risk management, business continuity management, and project management. He previously served as Director for Planning and Development at the University of Santo Tomas and Factory/Production Manager of a high fashion industry with offices in New York and Italy. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman and Certificate in Technopreneurship from the University of Berkeley, USA. He is a trained Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a QMS/EOMS Lead Auditor.
