Cathy is a seasoned project management and service delivery professional with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic technology initiatives across the information technology and services industry. A Master of Science graduate in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, she has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director, Project Director, and Offshore Development Center Manager in leading organizations such as Integrated Data Analytics Inc, Annex Digital Inc. (ADI), NCSI Philippines, Dimension Data, and ABM Global Solutions. Prior to her corporate career, Cathy spent over a decade in academia, serving as Dean of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at Mapúa University and as a Faculty Member at the University of the Philippines, where she developed her foundation in operational excellence and business process design.
