Bernie Redona is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in process engineering, product qualification, statistical process control implementation, quality, and reliability. He previously worked with STMicroelectronics, Fairchild Semiconductor, Amkor Anam, and NXP Semiconductor. He holds a doctoral degree in Management majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of San Jose Recoletos–Cebu, a Master of Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.
