Arnold has over two decades of experience across manufacturing operations, and has worked extensively in new product launch, information technology, process and equipment engineering, automation design, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma. He has been recognized with TPM awards for excellence from JIPM in Kyoto, Japan, and has led productivity improvement initiatives at companies including Toshiba Philippines and Fujitsu Philippines. He has also conducted in-depth equipment efficiency studies for Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and served as a key facilitator in establishing Lean Six Sigma and Lean programs at PAL Express and SKYGO Motorcycle Manufacturing.
