Engr. Angel SP. "Jay" Flores III is a licensed Chemical Engineer, environmental engineering professional, and project management consultant with over 20 years of experience in environmental infrastructure development, industrial operations, process improvement, and operational excellence. He has held senior technical and management positions in government-owned corporations and private organizations, leading projects in wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, pollution control, renewable energy, and industrial facility development, including managing the operations of a national persistent organic pollutants treatment facility. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Biological Engineering from Myongji University, South Korea, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His consulting work covers project management, process optimization, environmental compliance, water security, and carbon market readiness, helping organizations improve operational performance and achieve measurable, sustainable results.
